Southwest, FL | Case of the Day- Horn on Eyelid | Cataract & Refractive Institute of Florida

This is a video of a surgery in which Dr. Croley removes a cutaneous horn from the upper eyelid of a patient. In approximately 25% of cases there is a squamous cell carcinoma under the cutaneous horn. In this patient the biopsy report came back as a sebaceous gland carcinoma.
